What is the biggest thing you have learnt so far during your apprenticeship? To trust myself and how much I am capable of. Also, how much knowledge I have been able to retain and use in the short time I’ve been studying.
What do you see as the benefits of studying through an apprenticeship? I work best by doing, and with an apprenticeship I can implement my learnings into real world scenarios which in turn has helped me to learn a lot faster.
What advice would you give to someone considering an apprenticeship? Just go for it, you really have nothing to lose but so much to gain. Also, take every opportunity to learn from your peers that you can.
What are your career aspirations? I would like to become a really confident and great marketing specialist that people can count on. With the hope that one day I can be trusted to lead my own team in a more managerial role.
