When did you start your apprenticeship? October 2022
Why did you choose an apprenticeship? I picked an apprenticeship because I like to challenge myself and I wanted to immerse myself in a work environment and I wanted to get better customer service skills so I can hopefully move on to further employment options.
What is your favourite part of your role? I have to say my favourite part of the job would be talking to the customers as it has boosted my confidence and I feel I have improved my customers service skills in regard to booking the customers in for work and building a good relationship with the customer so they have the best experience when bringing their vehicle into us at JCT600.
Would you recommend doing an apprenticeship, and why? I most definitely would recommend an apprenticeship as I feel it is good way to boost confidence and it is a good way to get work experience if you ever wanted to go further in the business.
