They regularly run networking sessions for their female apprentices to allow them to share their experiences. In June, they had apprentices from many different business departments including Sales, Service, Technical, Parts, Admin and Marketing. This demonstrates the variety of roles available in automotive retail and that you really can find your ideal job in this industry.
The apprentices fed back positive stories of their experiences in the company and industry so far. All apprentices described how well they are performing in their individual disciplines.
